[Feature Request] Stocks Hitting Circuit Limits either realtime or EOD

Hi,

Need an API to query the list of stocks that are hitting the upper or lower circuits either in real-time or EOD, preferrably in real-time market time though. A separate pass filter to mention whether requesting for upper or lower specifically could be useful.
