Fetching strike price of a particular date

Is there any function which helps in fetching all strike price of a particular day, if not please tell how i can make custom function regarding it.

Is there a way to get strike prices for past expiries.
Ex: I need all INFY Options data for 25-Jan-2023 expiry.
